By working with us or using our services, you’re agreeing to these terms. If something doesn’t make sense, just reach out – we’re happy to clarify.

How We Work Together

Project Agreements: Each project begins with a clear scope of work, timeline, and pricing. We’ll document everything in a proposal or contract before we start.

Your Responsibilities: To deliver great results, we need your cooperation—timely feedback, content, access to necessary systems, and clear communication help us stay on track.

Our Commitment: We’ll deliver quality work that meets the agreed specifications, keep you updated throughout the project, and provide support as outlined in your agreement.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

Your Content: Any content, data, or materials you provide remain yours. You grant us permission to use them solely for completing your project.

Our Work: Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables (websites, apps, automation scripts, etc.) as specified in your project agreement. We retain rights to any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or code libraries we use.

Usage Rights: You’re free to use the solutions we build for your business. However, you can’t resell, redistribute, or claim our work as your own creation.

Portfolio Rights: We may showcase our work for you in our portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials unless you specifically request otherwise.

Pricing & Payment

Project Quotes: All pricing is provided upfront in your proposal. Prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms: We typically work with milestone-based payments or require a deposit before starting. Specific terms will be outlined in your project agreement.

Additional Work: Any changes or additions beyond the original scope may incur additional charges. We’ll always discuss and agree on these before proceeding.

Late Payments: Invoices are due within the timeframe specified (usually 15-30 days). Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

Support & Maintenance

Post-Launch Support: We provide a defined support period after project completion (typically 30-90 days depending on your package). This covers bug fixes and minor adjustments.

Ongoing Maintenance: Extended support, updates, and maintenance services are available through separate maintenance agreements.

Response Times: We aim to respond to support requests within 1-2 business days. Emergency issues are prioritized based on severity.

What We Don't Allow

To protect everyone involved, you agree not to:

  • Use our services for anything illegal or harmful
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our proprietary code or solutions
  • Share access credentials or deliverables with unauthorized parties
  • Use our automation tools to violate data privacy laws or spam regulations
  • Misrepresent our work as your own creation

Limitations & Disclaimability

Best Efforts: We work hard to deliver excellent results, but we can’t guarantee specific business outcomes (like sales increases or cost savings).

Third-Party Services: Some projects may integrate with third-party platforms (hosting, APIs, etc.). We’re not responsible for issues caused by those external services.

Data Security: While we follow security best practices, you’re responsible for maintaining secure passwords and protecting your own systems.

Backups: We recommend regular backups of your websites and data. We’re not liable for data loss unless caused directly by our negligence.

Project Changes & Cancellations

Scope Changes: Changes to the project scope may affect timelines and costs. We’ll document and agree on any modifications before proceeding.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a project, you’ll be charged for work completed up to that point. Deposits are generally non-refundable.

Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to discontinue services if payment terms aren’t met, if there’s a breach of these terms, or if the working relationship becomes untenable.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any confidential information shared during our work together will be kept private and used only for your project. We won’t share your business information, data, or trade secrets with third parties without your permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Streamlyn Works is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Issues caused by third-party services or platforms
  • Damages exceeding the amount paid for our services

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We’ll notify you of significant changes, and your continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
